To Order Tickets Call 933-3310
BOX OFFICE HOURS
During the academic year, the UHH Theatre Box Office is open from 2:00 -
6:00 p.m. and one hour before each event. The Box Office is closed
on all State holidays. During school breaks we maintain limited hours
- call us at 933-3310 for more information.
CHARGE BY PHONE
To order tickets by phone, call the Box Office at 933-3310 during the above
hours. Our Box Office staff will gladly assist in choosing good seats.
We accept VISA or Mastercard. Tickets will be held at the "will-call"
window.
ORDER BY MAIL
Send your ticket order with check made payable to "UHH Theatre"
(no tax), or your VISA or MasterCard number, expiration date and signature
to "UHH Theatre, 200 W. Kawili St., Hilo, HI 96720-4091."
REFUNDS
No refunds will be made, except in cases of cancelled events which are not
replaced. The UHH Theatre is not responsible for necessary changes in the
events announced.
EXCHANGES
Tickets may be exchanged for other events listed in the brochure of equal
or lesser value. Tickets for exchange must be received by the Box
Office no later than two business days prior to the performance date.
FACULTY/STAFF/STUDENT DISCOUNT
UHH/HCC Faculty, Staff, Students, and their "significant other"
may purchase a UHH Theatre Pass at a cost of $10 for the year. With
the card, one ticket to each Season event may be purchased at half price
in advance (one business day before scheduled performance). The card is
valid only for the registered user.
SENIOR CITIZEN/JUNIOR/CHILD DISCOUNT
For most of our events, we offer a discount to senior citizens, students,
children, and UHH/HCC faculty, staff and students who do not have the UHH
Pass. Discounted tickets must be purchased no later than one business
day prior to the performance date. No discounted tickets will be available
on the date of performance.
CHILDREN
The UHH Theatre is committed to providing entertainment for audience members
of all ages. However, many of our events may be unsuitable for younger
children. We ask that children attending events be able to sit quietly
through the performance. Regardless of age, all children must have
a ticket and sit in their own seat. Call us to determine which of
our events are appropriate for young people.
GROUP DISCOUNTS
Groups of 10 or more can receive a substantial discount off ticket prices
for most of our Season events. Please check with the Box Office.

By purchasing tickets to any 6 series events you get great seats and $3
off every ticket you buy.
LATE SEATING POLICY
We try to start all of our events promptly at the time indicated on ticket.
Latecomers will not be seated until a suitable pause in the performance.
